"We finally pulled the trigger and purchased my son a dirt bike, new from town and country, but the throttle never seemed to be right. After several techs at the Cement City store failed to correct the issue, I took it to the new store in Center and Darryl was able to get it right, right away. He was attentive, professional, and knowledgeable, and I will gladly take my quads and such back to him when they need to be serviced.Having dealt with the customer service industry for years, I can tell you that having a team member with his attitude, work ethic and personality are vital to a successful team as a whole.
